Job summary

Annamar Clothing Company ( From East coast corp) makes knitted cotton kidswear in Tirupur for export buyers. We are hiring a Junior Accounts Executive to keep the factory's day-to-day accounts accurate and up to date. You will check bills before they are paid, keep the books, match the bank statement and prepare the figures our auditor needs.

Key responsibilities
Enter purchases, sales, expenses and payments in Tally and in our factory software every day.
Check every supplier and job-work contractor bill against the quantity actually received before it goes for payment, so nothing is paid twice.
Prepare the weekly contractor payment sheet with bill numbers for approval.
Reconcile the bank statement with the books every month.
Keep party outstanding (what we owe suppliers and what buyers owe us) up to date.
Prepare GST and TDS data for our auditor each month.




Help the merchandisers with invoices, packing lists and export documents.
Maintain petty cash and file all bills properly.

Required skills
Tally Prime and valuable Excel.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and bank reconciliation.
Careful with numbers and records.
Tamil and working English.
Experience: 1–3 years in accounts, ideally in a garment or textile unit; B.Com or equivalent

What we offer
Salary of ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 a month.
Hands-on experience across export accounts, GST and costing.
Probation of 3 months, then salary review based on performance.
Location: Arulpuram, Palladam Road,Tirupur. Willing to travel with 2 wheeler

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
