ISPAN Wellness Centre is committed to promoting health and well-being through its wellness services. We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, convert potential customers, promote our services, and contribute to the centre's business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential customers interested in wellness and physiotherapy services.
Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, networking, and direct outreach.
Explain the centre's services, treatment packages, and wellness programmes to potential clients.
Convert enquiries into appointments, memberships, and service packages.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers to improve conversion rates.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and current customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Identify opportunities for corporate tie-ups, referrals, and business partnerships.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales.




Coordinate with the reception and physiotherapy teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
Prepare regular sales reports and share performance updates with management.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, physiotherapy, fitness, or a similar industry is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and CRM tools.
A proactive attitude with robust follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
