About the Role

We are looking for a Presales Specialist who is a confident communicator and enjoys talking to people. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, understanding what they need and connecting them with the right properties and teams.

Key Responsibilities
Call clients and handle incoming enquiries, and collect their basic details
Understand their exact requirements: budget, location, property type, and whether they want to rent or buy
Match their requirements with the properties we have available for rent or sale




Share the client's profile with the respective team when a property matches
Keep call records and client details updated
Follow up with clients regularly so that no enquiry goes unanswered

Who Can Apply
Freshers with good communication skills, and experienced candidates (0.6 to 3 years), can apply
Any degree
Comfortable with tele-calling and speaking with clients
Positive follow-up skills and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage

What We Offer
Fixed salary of ₹15,000 to ₹40,000
