Job Description:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding clinic services and treatments.
Explain aesthetic treatments, services, packages, and appointment details to clients.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinic staff.
Follow up with customers and confirm appointments.
Handle customer enquiries professionally and maintain client records.
Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships.
Requirements:
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates with telecalling, customer support, or clinic experience will be preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
