We are looking for a energetic, customer-focused and sales-oriented skilled to join our team.

Candidate Requirements:

· Graduate with 4–5 years of relevant experience in hotel reservations.

· Experience in handling tour operator bookings and EMC/OTA platforms.

· Sound communication skills in English and Tamil.

· Excellent convincing and sales skills to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

· Ability to describe the resort’s facilities, Chettinad heritage, culture, architecture and cuisine.

· Knowledge of local heritage sites and tourist attractions in and around Chettinad.

· Robust interpersonal skills and a guest-focused approach.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.

Location: Sangam Central Reservation Office, Courtyard by Marriott Trichy, Tamil Nadu.
