We are looking for a professional, well-organized, and confident Receptionist cum Telephone Operator to manage front-desk operations, handle incoming and outgoing calls, coordinate appointments, and assist with daily office administration.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite personality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients, visitors, and business associates professionally.
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming telephone calls.
Make follow-up calls to clients, leads, and prospective customers.
Handle enquiries regarding the company's services and direct them to the appropriate department.
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars.
Maintain visitor records, call logs, and basic office documentation.
Respond to WhatsApp messages and enquiries when required.
Coordinate with the sales, photography, videography, and management teams.




Maintain front-desk organization and ensure smooth daily office operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, telephone operations, or front-office administration.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic to good English.
Skilled telephone etiquette and a polite, confident personality.
Basic computer knowledge, including email, MS Office, and WhatsApp.
Valuable organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Punctual, responsible, presentable, and customer-focused.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in a media company, production house, hotel, corporate office, or customer service setting will be preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
