Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Monitor work-preparation and maintenance-planning KPIs.
Analyze backlog volume, age, readiness, quality and schedule performance.
Track work-order and purchase-order volumes, trends, exceptions and bottlenecks.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports and governance inputs.
Analyze historical work, failures, repeat jobs and execution feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Support standardization, controlled task-list libraries and continuous improvement actions.
Maintain issue, action, perk and data-quality registers.
Support productivity, automation and planning-quality measurement.

Core Competencies
Maintenance analytics and KPI reporting.
Backlog and schedule-performance analysis.
Data quality and exception analysis.
Continuous improvement and benefit tracking.
Dashboard preparation and management reporting.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
5+ years in maintenance analytics, planning performance or asset-management reporting.
Engineering, maintenance, analytics or data-related degrees.
