We are looking for responsible and detail-oriented candidates to handle customer orders and coordinate with various departments in our jewellery manufacturing unit.

Roles & Responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders.
Enter order details accurately into the system.
Prepare job cards and production instructions.
Coordinate with CAD , Production, Gold Store, and Marketing departments.
Track order status and follow up on pending orders.
Maintain order records and update delivery schedules.
Ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.

Requirements
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.




Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
Jewellery industry experience is preferred.
