Designation: HR Recruiter

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various job openings.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and coordinate joining formalities.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure hiring targets are achieved within the required timelines.

Required Skills:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR recruitment.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
Robust coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
