ACCOUNTANT – JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, handle invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist with financial reporting. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and accounting software, along with strong Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain cash books, petty cash, and expense records.
Verify bills, vouchers, receipts, and payment documents.
Prepare payment schedules and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Prepare financial statements and reports as required.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers,



and internal departments.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Perform other accounting-related duties assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a relevant qualification.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger management.
Positive numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills
Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
Knowledge of GST filing and tax-related documentation.
Experience in invoice processing and vendor payments.
Positive command of Excel formulas, filters, and data management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
