Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to contact prospective students, explain our training courses, generate leads, and convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
Explain available courses, training programs, fees, and admission procedures.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the admission and marketing teams.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Fluency in Malayalam; basic English communication skills.




Positive attitude and willingness to work towards targets.
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
Ability to handle calls professionally and manage follow-ups.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum qualification: Plus Two or Graduation.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.

Positive interpersonal skills with a customer-friendly approach.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
