Own branch revenue, P&L;, admissions, conversions, and learner experience while driving operational efficiency and profitability.
Oversee the admission process, learner onboarding, and batch allocation to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor batch performance, attendance, engagement, academic outcomes, and learner satisfaction.
Coordinate with the placement team to support learner placements and build robust alumni relationships for retention and referrals.
Manage day-to-day branch operations, compliance, infrastructure, and team performance while resolving learner and employee concerns.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
