Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organised Logistics Executive to manage daily logistics operations, coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and ensure timely transportation of goods. The candidate will be responsible for smooth coordination between warehouse teams, transporters, vendors, and delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily transportation, shipment, and delivery activities.
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and vendors.
Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, invoices, and delivery records.
Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery-related issues.
Handle returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics.
Maintain logistics reports and update shipment records.
Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for order dispatch.




Ensure cost-effective and productive transportation operations.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
Basic knowledge of shipment tracking and dispatch management.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet delivery deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with courier and delivery partners.
Knowledge of logistics management software.
Understanding of supply chain and e-commerce operations.
Experience in handling return shipments and delivery tracking.
