Department: Sales
Reporting To: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets and dealership objectives.
Handle customer enquiries, generate leads, and convert them into bookings and retail sales.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate CRM records.
Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance, insurance, exchange, and accessories.
Coordinate vehicle bookings, documentation, and deliveries.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in sales campaigns and achieve assigned performance targets.

Eligibility & Skills
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2–4 years of automobile sales experience, preferably in passenger cars.
Positive communication, negotiation,



and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Valid driving licence preferred.

Performance Parameters
Monthly retail sales achievement.
Lead conversion and test drives.
Finance, insurance, and accessories sales.
CRM follow-ups and customer satisfaction.

Compensation: Salary plus performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
