: Appoint, train, and manage distributors, sub-distributors, and retail dealers. • Sales & Target Achievement: Drive both primary (company-to-distributor) and secondary (distributor-to-retailer) sales targets. • Inventory & Logistics Control: Monitor stock levels, track dispatches, and resolve supply or stock-out issues with warehouse and logistics teams. • Collections & Credit Management: Ensure timely payments from channel partners and manage credit limits to reduce financial risk. • Market Expansion: Identify new retail outlets, execute promotional schemes, and track competitor pricing and activity in the assigned territory. • Reporting: Submit daily call reports, MIS sheets, and market feedback to the Area Sales Manager or regional head. Key Skills Required • Territory Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local markets, trade routes, and key wholesale/retail hubs (such as Patna, Muzaffarpur, or Hajipur). • Negotiation & Communication:
