We are looking for driven, energetic, and highly communicative Sales & Business Development Interns to join our growing solar energy division in South Delhi. As a Sales Intern, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, understanding their energy needs and presenting clean energy solutions. This is a high-impact role with direct mentorship from our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Reach out to prospective residential, commercial, and industrial clients to introduce our solar solutions.
Consultative Pitching: Educate potential buyers on the financial and environmental advantages of switching to solar power (government subsidies, ROI, net metering). Should be open to Outdoor marketing with Standee promotion in high-traffic areas like Malls in South Delhi.
Pipeline Management: Schedule site surveys and qualified consultation meetings for senior sales executives.
Market Research: Identify high-potential residential clusters and commercial zones in the Delhi-NCR region.
CRM Tracking:



Maintain neat and accurate logs of all client interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements & Skills:
Education: Open to final year students or recent graduates (B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, or similar fields).
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Drive: Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable making outbound calls.
Skills: Strong persuasion skills, quick learning ability, and a positive attitude towards handling rejections.
Location: Must be able to commute daily to our office in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi.
