We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to manage daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets, product quality, and timely dispatch. The candidate will supervise production workers, monitor machine performance, coordinate raw material requirements, and maintain consistent product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in brick or concrete product manufacturing, robust workforce management skills, and the ability to identify production issues and implement corrective actions.

Key Requirements
3–5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in fly ash bricks, concrete blocks, paver blocks, or precast manufacturing.
Diploma / ITI / Engineering qualification or equivalent relevant industry experience.
Practical knowledge of brick manufacturing machinery and production processes.




Understanding of raw material handling, mix proportions, curing, and finished-product quality checks.
Experience managing production workers and achieving daily production targets.
Ability to maintain production reports and basic inventory records.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance and machine breakdown coordination.
Positive leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and manage production priorities.
Commitment to product quality, workplace safety, and production efficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
