Nethra Foundation Eye Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to communicate with patients, handle enquiries, and support appointment bookings.
Responsibilities:
Make outgoing calls and attend incoming calls.
Contact patients regarding appointments and follow-ups.
Explain hospital services and provide relevant information.
Handle patient enquiries professionally.
Maintain call records and follow up with interested patients.
Support appointment scheduling and patient communication.
Requirements:
Valuable Malayalam communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Friendly and confident telephone communication.
Ability to communicate clearly and politely.
Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
