Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lapse Package Coordinator to manage package expiry cases, coordinate with patients, follow up on pending packages, and ensure timely communication and resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Track expired, expiring, and pending patient packages.
Contact patients regarding package validity, renewals, and pending treatments.
Coordinate with centre teams, accounts, and patient coordinators.
Maintain accurate records of package status and follow-up activities.
Resolve patient queries related to package validity and renewal.
Prepare regular reports on expired packages, renewals, and follow-ups.




Ensure timely follow-ups to improve patient engagement and service quality.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in coordination, telecalling, customer service, or healthcare administration preferred.
Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary

Maximum salary: ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Work Location

Progenesis IVF Corporate Office, Thane HQ.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
