Generate and manage leads through various channels.
Connect with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
Present and promote residential/commercial real estate projects.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations and site visits.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful bookings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM records.

Preferred candidate profile
1 - 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Client Handling.
Candidates with Real Estate Sales experience will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in the Gurugram/Delhi NCR market will be preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
Robust customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
Target-oriented with a positive and aggressive sales approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
