ACCOUNTANT

Position: Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to manage the company's daily accounting operations, financial records, banking transactions, billing, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily books of accounts and financial records.
Record all cash, bank, sales, purchase, and expense transactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Manage bank reconciliation and monitor bank transactions.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
Maintain employee salary, attendance, and expense records.
Maintain property-related financial records, including booking amounts, customer payments, brokerage, commissions, and construction expenses, wherever applicable.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on dues.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure the confidentiality of financial information.
Assist management in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.




Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Understanding of GST, TDS, banking, and basic taxation.
Valuable numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Honest, punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Valuable communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate with experience in real estate, construction, property dealing, or a construction-related company will be preferred.

Working Conditions
Full time position.
Working hours and salary will be discussed during the interview.
The candidate will report directly to the management.
