About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to create engaging video content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of short-form content, news videos and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities
Edit news videos, reels, interviews and social media content.
Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram and YouTube.
Add captions, graphics, transitions, music and visual elements.
Convert raw footage into polished and engaging content.
Follow current social media trends and formats.
Work closely with the editorial and content teams.
Deliver videos within daily deadlines.

Requirements




Good knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar editing software.
Good understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube videos.
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling and visual presentation.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced newsroom environment.
Freshers with a strong portfolio or editing samples are welcome.
