Job Description – Senior Civil Engineer

Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 10+ Years

Project Experience: Apartments & Villas

Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in residential construction
Strong experience in apartment and villa projects is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of apartment and villa projects
Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors and vendors
Monitor project progress, quality, manpower and material requirements
Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
Handle contractor and subcontractor coordination
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
Review BOQs, measurements, material requirements and work estimates




Prepare daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues
Ensure proper safety practices at the project site
Coordinate with procurement and other internal teams
Manage multiple site teams where required
Take responsibility from project commencement through finishing and handover

Preferred Candidate Profile:
10+ years of hands-on residential construction experience
Strong exposure to apartments, villas and premium residential projects
Experience in handling complete project execution independently
Valuable contractor and labour management skills
Solid knowledge of construction materials, methods and quality standards
Good communication and coordination skills
Candidates currently based in Coimbatore preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
