Outbound Calling: Dial prospective or existing customers in Tamil to pitch services, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, or conduct satisfaction surveys. • Inbound Support: Answer incoming customer calls, address questions, and solve basic service or product issues. • Information Dissemination: Clearly explain company offers, pricing, features, or appointment details in fluent Tamil. • Data Entry & CRM Logging: Update customer profiles, call outcomes, feedback notes, and lead statuses accurately in CRM software or Excel sheets. • Escalations: Transfer complex technical, billing, or escalated grievances to senior support or specialized teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
