Core Roles and Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and Incident Response: Diagnose and resolve network outages, slow connections, routing failures, and hardware malfunctions.
Network Monitoring and Maintenance: Use monitoring tools (such as Nagios or Zabbix) to track system performance, bandwidth usage, and latency.
Hardware and Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual network equipment like routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Security and Access Control: Enforce firewall policies, configure Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), manage Access Control Lists (ACLs), and apply security patches.
Backup and Disaster Recovery: Maintain system backups, assist in data restoration processes, and follow business continuity plans.
Documentation: Keep detailed runbooks, network topologies, change logs, and ticket resolutions up to date.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
