Nethra Foundation Eye Hospital is looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
Guide patients regarding consultations and hospital services.
Handle patient queries and provide necessary information.
Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Maintain qualified communication with patients and their families.
Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and patient-oriented attitude.
Malayalam proficiency; English communication skills are an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service or healthcare is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
