About the Role

Q-Line Biotech Limited is looking for a result-oriented sales qualified with proven experience in government hospital sales and institutional business development, preferably in the Rapid & Point-of-Care (POC) diagnostics segment. The candidate should have solid relationships with government hospitals, blood banks, and institutional customers, along with experience in tenders, rate contracts, and dealer management.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of Rapid & POC products across government hospitals, blood banks, government institutions, and corporate accounts.
Develop and manage government business by building relationships with key decision-makers, purchase departments, and end users.
Identify and pursue government tenders, rate contracts, pre-bid meetings, product demonstrations, and institutional sales opportunities.




Manage dealers and sub-dealers, generate recent business, achieve sales targets, and ensure timely payment collection.
Conduct product promotions, CME programs, and trade/marketing activities to increase product awareness and market share.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in sales of diagnostic products, medical devices, or IVD products.
Mandatory experience in handling government hospitals and generating institutional sales.
Strong understanding of government tenders, rate contracts, and government procurement processes.
Established contacts with government hospitals, blood banks, dealers, and institutional customers in Delhi/NCR.
Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
