Core Roles and Responsibilities
Territory & Retail Management: Onboard current retailers, general trade stores, and wholesalers, and maintain regular coverage of existing accounts.
Order Generation & Execution: Collect secondary and primary orders, ensure smooth supply coordination, and track deliveries to retail points.
Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly volume, revenue, and distribution targets for the assigned product portfolio.
Merchandising & In-Store Execution: Optimize shelf facings, maintain planogram compliance, secure prime display space, and execute promotional displays.
Market & Competitor Tracking: Observe competitor pricing, recent launches, and trade schemes, reporting field insights back to management.
Reporting & Automation: Log daily store visits, orders, and payment collection data into field sales automation software or CRM tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
