We are looking for an experienced QC & R&D; Laboratory In-Charge to manage quality control operations, lead Ayurvedic formulation development, and ensure compliance with GMP standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage QC laboratory operations, including testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Lead R&D; activities, formulation development, product improvement, and stability studies.
Prepare and maintain SOPs, GMP documentation, analytical reports, and quality records.
Ensure laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance, and compliance with quality standards.
Supervise laboratory staff, investigate quality issues, and ensure audit readiness.




Coordinate with production and other departments to maintain product quality and support current product development.

Qualifications
M.Pharm / M.Sc. Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry or a related discipline.
5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic manufacturing, preferably with laboratory management experience.
Solid knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations, QC procedures, GMP, documentation, and analytical testing.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
