Title: Talent Acquisition Analyst (11 – Months Contract)
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Location: Pune

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Source candidates through various job boards & social media
Screen & evaluate applicants for qualifications
Conduct initial interviews & coordinate final rounds
Maintain a candidate database, MIS reports & recruitment metrics
Excel skills required for effective data management

Experience:
Should have substantial experience of 2+ years in Talent Acquisition
Sourcing through various job boards and channels
Interview Scheduling
Excellent skills in Advance MS Excel including extensive reporting.

Skills/Qualifications:
MBA(HR),



BBA or Graduate in Any Specialization
Excellent oral, written, cross functional and interpersonal communication skills.
High levels of attention to detail.
Approachable and qualified with a can-do attitude.
Team player who wants to support the team to meet shared goals and targets.
Versatile approach and able to prioritise own work.
