Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Administrative Officer to oversee daily office operations, coordinate internal activities, manage administrative staff, and ensure smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
Supervise office staff and coordinate departmental activities.
Monitor attendance, work schedules, office discipline, and administrative records.
Manage office supplies, facilities, documentation, and vendor coordination.
Develop and implement administrative procedures and operational policies.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and monitor administrative expenses.
Coordinate with HR, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Support management in planning, resource allocation, and operational decisions.




Handle administrative issues and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor staff productivity and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
4+ years of experience in administration, office management, or operations.
Previous experience managing staff and office operations.
Robust leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and administrative reporting.
Excellent coordination, decision-making, and time-management abilities.

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
