Job Role: HR Recruiter – Non-IT

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media and referrals.
Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Recruit candidates for Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail and other Non-IT sectors.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Manage candidate follow-ups, selection and joining processes.

Preferred Skills:Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Experience in Non-IT recruitment preferred.
Hospitality recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
