Make follow-up calls to customers regarding vehicle enquiries, bookings, and deliveries.
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
Follow up on sales leads and coordinate with the sales team to convert enquiries into bookings.
Conduct customer feedback calls and monitor customer satisfaction.
Contact existing customers to inform them about service schedules, offers, and dealership updates.
Maintain accurate customer details and call records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with sales and service departments to resolve customer queries.
Send reminders and updates regarding appointments, test drives, and vehicle deliveries.
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues to the concerned department.
Achieve daily calling targets and maintain follow-up schedules.
Prepare daily call reports and update CRM records regularly.
Ensure skilled communication and maintain positive customer relationships.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
