Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern to support our business growth initiatives. The candidate will help identify potential clients, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to expanding the company's business.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and business prospects.
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Connect with prospective clients to understand their recruitment and HR requirements.
Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
Maintain client databases and update lead information in the CRM or tracking sheets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate with internal recruitment and HR teams to understand service offerings.
Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets.




Research market trends, competitors, and potential business segments.

Skills and Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in cold calling and interacting with clients.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn.
Strong research, presentation, and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Prior experience in sales, recruitment, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
