Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries via live chat, email, and phone calls.
Recommend suitable web hosting, domains, business email, VPS, and IT solutions.
Convert leads into sales and follow up with prospects.
Explain plans, pricing, features, and offers.
Achieve sales targets and maintain customer records in CRM.

What We’re Looking For
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Solid communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
A target-oriented mindset with valuable follow-up abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn about web hosting and IT services.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
