Key Responsibilities (COMERCIAL BUILDING)
Material Testing & Inspection: Oversee receiving and testing of raw materials including cement, sand, aggregates, steel reinforcement (rebar), and precast elements.
Concrete & Site Work Monitoring: Witness field and laboratory tests such as slump tests, cube casting, compression strength tests, and compaction density checks.
Stage-Wise Inspections: Inspect excavation, foundation preparation, formwork/shuttering alignment, reinforcement placement, and concrete pouring.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, material inspection requests (MIRs), check sheets, and daily quality reports (DIRs).
Non-Conformance Management: Identify site deviations, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and verify corrective actions.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate joint inspections with clients, consultants,



contractors, and third-party testing laboratories.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Typically ranges from 8–10 years for senior or industrial QA/QC engineer positions.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in reading structural and civil drawings.
Knowledge of relevant standards (IS codes, ASTM, BS, or ISO 9001:2015).
Familiarity with concrete technology and soil/material lab testing.
Tools: Competency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic quality management systems.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
