Key Responsibilities
Lead Sourcing: Generate daily car loan leads by pitching to customers visiting local car dealerships and used-car open markets.
Document Collection: Guide customers through the loan application process and physically collect KYC, income proofs, and bank statements.
Customer Support: Answer customer queries regarding loan interest rates, processing fees, loan tenure, and monthly EMI options.
Target Achievement: Secure a minimum number of logins and file log-ins per week to hit monthly volume targets.
Status Tracking: Keep customers updated on their loan approval status and ensure seamless documentation.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
