Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing & Ad Manager to handle advertising sales, client relationships, marketing strategies, and revenue generation for our news channel. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, negotiation, and business development skills, preferably with experience in the media or news broadcasting industry.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the news channel and its advertising services.
Identify and approach potential advertisers, brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve advertising revenue targets.
Manage advertising sales, sponsorships, promotional campaigns, and brand partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare advertising proposals, media plans, quotations, and commercial packages.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
Negotiate advertising rates and close deals with clients.
Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and recent business opportunities.
Maintain client databases, sales reports, and regular follow-ups.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising sales, or business development.
Experience in the media, news channel, television, or digital advertising industry will be preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and client acquisition abilities.
Ability to meet sales targets and generate revenue.
Good understanding of advertising campaigns, sponsorships, and brand promotions.
Proficiency in MS Office and preparing business proposals.
