Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating.
Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages to customers on time.
Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and hygienic.
Set up tables with plates, cutlery, glasses, and napkins.
Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints politely.
Clear used plates and maintain cleanliness during service.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
Refill water and other items as needed.
