Job Summary

Responsible for managing end-to-end rice production operations, ensuring production targets, product quality, productive resource utilization, cost control, and timely order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and execute daily production activities from paddy processing to finished rice packing.
Monitor milling recovery, broken rice percentage, wastage, and production efficiency.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of rice milling machinery and packing equipment.
Maintain product quality, hygiene, food safety, and applicable FSSAI compliance.
Manage production manpower, shift allocation, and employee performance.
Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Stores, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
Control raw material consumption, packaging costs, inventory, and production losses.
Prepare daily production reports and implement process improvements.




Ensure workplace safety and timely completion of production targets.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of rice milling and processing machinery.
Production planning, manpower management, and cost control.
Knowledge of quality control and food safety standards.
Problem-solving, leadership, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in rice milling, Sortex operations, milling yield improvement, and packaged rice production will be given preference.
