We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Executive with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate must have practical experience in campaign setup, optimisation, budget management, performance tracking, and reporting.

Candidates should have real-world experience managing paid advertising campaigns rather than only theoretical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Monitor and optimise campaigns to improve performance and achieve marketing objectives.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective allocation of campaign spending.
Track campaign performance using relevant metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.




Analyse campaign data and implement strategies to improve results.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Conduct audience research, keyword research, and targeting optimisation.
Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
Coordinate with design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives.
Stay updated on advertising platform features, trends, and best practices.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
