Job Overview

MS Stalin Architects is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer who can handle both site supervision and quantity surveying activities for construction projects.

Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities.
Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Review architectural and structural drawings.
Prepare measurement sheets, rate analysis, and contractor bills.
Monitor site progress, quality, material usage, and project costs.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site workers.
Prepare site progress reports and assist with project documentation.

Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.




Minimum 2 years of experience in site execution and quantity surveying.
Valuable knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ preparation, and estimation.
AutoCAD and MS Excel knowledge preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
