Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Handle job postings on recruitment portals.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Required Skills:
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Knowledge of job portals and placement consultancy coordination.
Valuable follow-up and time management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
