Sangeetha Hospital is looking for a responsible, well-organized, and patient-friendly Front Office Executive to join our team at Kuniyamuthur, Coimbatore.

The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, working knowledge of Tally 9, and the ability to handle front desk operations professionally. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with patients and visitors and willing to work adaptable shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors and assist them with enquiries.
Manage patient registration, appointments, and front desk activities.
Handle incoming phone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments.
Maintain patient records, documentation, and data entry.
Use Tally 9 for relevant billing, accounting, and data-entry activities.
Assist with patient billing, payment collection, and receipts as required.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and administrative departments.
Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front office operations.




Handle patient enquiries politely and professionally.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Eligibility Criteria
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Working knowledge of Tally 9 is required.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of data entry and documentation.
Ability to handle patients and visitors professionally.
Willingness to work flexible or rotational shifts.
Previous experience in hospital reception, front office, or billing is preferred.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of hospital billing procedures.
Familiarity with patient registration and appointment systems.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a healthcare setting.
