Key Responsibilities

1 Daily collection calls and call register: Call customers every day as per the follow-up list. Log every call in the call register the same day: who you spoke to, what was committed, and the promised payment date. Follow up on every broken promise.

2 Over-limit report: Every day, identify customers whose outstanding has gone above their credit limit and report the list to the Office Head.

3 On-account payments: Record receipts received without invoice reference as on-account. Confirm with the customer and allocate against specific invoices. Do not let on-account balances age.

4 Suspense payments: Trace unidentified bank credits to the right customer, get confirmation, and allocate. Track the suspense balance and its ageing until it is cleared.

5 Sending ledgers: Send customer ledgers on the agreed schedule and whenever requested.

6 Ledger matching: Reconcile the customer's ledger with ours, identify every difference,



resolve it and get the customer's confirmation.

7 Escalating hardcore debtors: Identify chronic defaulters and escalate them to the Office Head with the full follow-up history, so a decision is not delayed for lack of facts.

8 DSO: Track and report DSO. Drive it down through disciplined follow-up on overdue accounts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
