Key Responsibilities
Final Quality Inspection: inspect completed production items against the Design Lead’s approved drawing/BOM and customer specification, covering fit, finish, material and dimensional accuracy.
Quality Hold Authority: hold or reject items that do not meet quality standards before they proceed to packing and dispatch.
Rework & Remake Analysis: track rework and remake incidents by cause — drawing error, material, or workmanship — feeding findings back to Design and the relevant production section.
Quality Standards & Checklist Maintenance: maintain a structured quality checklist per product category, updated as current products are introduced. Reporting: maintain a quality log (pass/fail/rework) reviewed periodically with the Production

Qualifications & Experience ITI/Diploma in a relevant trade (carpentry, fabrication, or production technology) or equivalent hands-on production experience. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in production, fabrication, or quality inspection, ideally within furniture, event production, or a similar made-to-order manufacturing workplace.
