Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Staff Forward Deployed Software Engineer to own enterprise client engagements end-to-end, from understanding business problems and designing solutions to developing, deploying, and maintaining production systems.

Key Responsibilities
Own technical delivery from client discovery and solution design to production deployment.
Build scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack applications and backend systems.
Integrate solutions with enterprise platforms, including ERP, WMS, databases, and legacy systems.
Develop APIs, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability.
Leverage AI agents and AI-native tools to accelerate development and prototyping.




Lead code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor engineers.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Requirements
5+ years of experience building and maintaining production software.
Robust proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
Expertise in system design, full-stack development, REST APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical ownership skills.
Ability to work directly with clients and explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred: Experience in supply chain, enterprise integrations, or Forward Deployed/Solutions Engineering roles.

Tech Stack

Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, AWS, GCP, Azure, System Design, Full-Stack Development, and AI-Native Engineering.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
