Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and industrial positions.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offers, and onboarding.
Handle volume hiring and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.




Ensure timely closure of vacancies and a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing companies.
Solid sourcing, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Experience in technical and blue-collar recruitment is an advantage.
Valuable knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and MS Excel.
