Conduct metallurgical examinations, including microstructure analysis, grain size determination and inclusion rating.
Perform hardness testing and other relevant metallurgical tests within the laboratory's scope.
Conduct corrosion testing as per ASTM G48 and intergranular corrosion (IGC) testing as per ASTM A262 Practices A, B, C and E, as applicable.
Examine test specimens received from the sample preparation team and verify sample identification and traceability.
Operate laboratory equipment and record test observations and results accurately.
Interpret test findings, identify abnormalities and report deviations to the reporting manager.
Prepare test reports and maintain technical records as per approved procedures.
Follow applicable ASTM, ISO and IS standards, ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, and laboratory safety procedures.
Support quality control activities and ensure timely completion of testing assignments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
