Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Medical Manager to oversee hospital operations, coordinate medical teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day hospital operations and departmental coordination.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams.
Monitor patient care quality and operational performance.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Manage staffing, duty schedules, and resource allocation.
Resolve operational challenges and improve workflows.
Monitor patient satisfaction and prepare management reports.





Requirements
Relevant qualification in healthcare, medicine, or hospital administration.
Minimum 8 years to 15 years of Experience in hospital operations or healthcare management.
Robust leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
